Bush Sells Arms To Saudi- Bad for Our Survival?

15 of the 19 Hijackers on 9/11 were from Saudi Arabia and our Presidents sells  the Saudis, a country that does not allow women to drive, $20 Billion in weapons.  Is this a good idea for our survival as a country or bad idea?
