Tonight, I made the best smoothie to date. My children agree!  We had this healthy delicious tasting smoothie as a meal replacement.

Vitamix Smoothie Recipe-

I am not going to give specific measurements as I don’t measure things out. I simply add a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Be creative.

- a little bit of dry oatmeal

- 6-10 – strawberries

-2 bananas

-1/2  cup pineapple juice (my son had already eaten the pineapples chunks)

-crushed ice

-one egg

- about 1/4 of a head of cabbage (tastes better than it sounds)

-small handful of Kale leaves (my smoothie did not turn green)

mix in blender for about 30 seconds to 60 seconds.
