typical. FDA makes excuses all the time to control more and more of what we get to use and what they “deem” dangerous but your observation of tobacco is right on not to mention alcohol and “legal” prescription drugs being abused or even causing serious side effects and even death. They recalled all of this one particular herb years and years ago because some ignorant woman took allot of it to try to force her body to abort a baby she didn’t want to carry to full term. She died and that herb was pulled. One person ruins it for everyone. The whole “hydroxycut” scare is probably due to fools that over use and abuse the dosing. So we all suffer for it. Probably not a darned thing wrong with the formulation at all. I know, I’m HIV and I take it daily. I take much lower than the recommended dosage and well… I just got my blood work back from the doctor and it’s better than ever! I realize the FDA needs to control certain substances but they abuse their power every chance they get. I’ve 48 years of age and I pay attention. I don’t trust them as far as I could throw them. Oh well, I guess when my supply runs out I’ll be back to dealing with my fat belly due to fat distribution issues which is a side effect of the HIV meds I take daily. Sigh…..
