After attending one of your seminars, I started taking Vitamin D for two months and then had my blood tested. My Vitamin D level was 41. I wish I had gotten a test before I started taking it to see how much it had improved. I could tell a difference within two days – my fingernails stopped peeling for the first time in two years. Now I’m striving for an optimal level of 50 – 60.

I have been taking a multivitamin for a few years now. My Doc. recommended i increase my intake of Vitamin D during the winter months when i have less sun exposure. I really truly can feel a difference when taking them, its like spending a day outside !

I agree. I have heard this many times from patients. If you want to learn more about vitamin D, check out “Vitamin D Precription- The Healing Power of the Sun” on Amazon.com.
