		<description><![CDATA[We should definitely be starting our day out with the highest level of nutrition vs. the lowest.  I usually have a fiber shake (all natural of course), a nutritious shake (mostly natural), and my customized supplement.  When I miss any of those, I feel like I&#039;m dragging.  The days I replace it with something like cinnamon rolls, I feel miserable.  Oh, I am a coffee addict too!]]></description>
